SHIPPING NOTES. Korowai is loading, between showers, for Wellington. Puriri will sail to-day, if conditions moderate, with coal for Nelson. She is to return on Friday, to load timber for Port Waikato and Onehunga. Holmlea was delayed en route from New Plymouth to Greymouth by bqd weather, and had to put back to Nel.son for bunkers. She left Nelson yes’terday, and is due in the roadstead to-day. On arrival, she will load timber for Wellington and Miramar. Hokitika left Wellington yesterday with cargo for Greymouth arid Hokitika, and is due here to-morrow morning. U.S.S. Co. vessel is expected about February 19 to load coal for Wellington, to be followed by another U.S.jS. Co. vessel to load for Auckland and Gisborne.
