vehicle' without a warrant of its fitness; and (2) aiding another to drive a motor-vehicle without a motordriver’s license. William' Robertson,' for operating a motor-vehicle with defective brakes, was fined £2, with costs 10/-. At a sitting of the Warden’s Court, Mr G. G.
