Neutral observers in London have remarked on the fact that the newspaper “The Times” still publishes the hours and wave-lengths of the German broadcasts from Hamburg, Cologne, and Zeesen, in English, as illustrating how little responsible British quarters fear the influence of German propaganda. They contrast the practice of the German authorities, of threatening and arresting German listeners to the 8.8. C. broadcast in German.
