The “Sunday Sun’s” Canberra correspondent reports: German and proNazi influence in New Guinea is so widespread and strong that British white inhabitants are urging more drastic action to counteract it. It is feared natives may be encouraged to revolt against the Australian Administration, unless all German nationals are moved away and interned in Australia. German missionaries who control 200,000 natives are suspect. Many missionaries have arrived from Germany within the past two years. The total white population is 5000 in the mandated territory. Four hundred of these are German nationals, 300 being missionaries. It is understood that the Federal Government are already taking precautionary measures. I
