GERMANS LEAVE ESTONIA (BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] (Rec; Nov. 4, 11.30. a.m.) ‘ -' - HELSINKI, November ,3. It is reported from Tallinn that 10,000 Germans have left Estonia, for the Reich. ■ Most of the children have gone, and 81 German schools have been closed. •The Germans remaining include fifteen convicts, who have appealed fqr pardon, in order to go to the Reich.
