The National Boxing Association has recognised George . Pace, 23, of Cleveland, as the world’s Negro bantamweight champion, on condition that he fights any contenders selected by. the Association, or by the British Board of Control.
CANZONERI RETIRES.

Tony Canzoneri, the former world feather-weight.and light-weight boxing champion, announced his retirement tonight, after being technically knocked out. in the third round, by Al Davis, 21, who has won 35 fights in succession.
