SITUATION REMAINS CRITICAL.

LONDON, October 31.
The.JSQ.viet/radio lias. launched' the first attack on Finland, declaring that industry in Finland is disorganised and that the unemployed vainly seek help from an inefficient Government. From Helsinki it is reported that the Government has requested evacuees not to return until further notice, as “the critical situation is unchanged.’ DELEGATION EN ROUTE ... HELSINKI, October 31.
