POLES’ TRAGIC PLIGHT

CONDITIONS IN WARSAW [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] PARIS, October 26. Further eye-witness accounts as to conditions in Warsaw reveal that there-is the greatest misery and destruction there. The Royal Palace, the Bank of National Economy, the Opera House, the Art Gallery, and streets of famous buildings are all wrecked.
