A TRIPLE TRAGEDY
MURDER AND SUICIDE. - - LONDON. August 22. The search fop Thomas Charles Hall, 60, ex-gamekeeper, followed a double shooting tragedy at a. farm in the village of Llantysilio on Saturday, ended to-day when Hall's body was found in his own cottage garden. He had a gunshot wound in the head and his gun lay across his knee. On Saturday afternoon Mr. William Rowlands. also shot dead. Mrs. Rowlands escancd unhurt and ran to a neighbouring farm for help. Denbigh and Merioneth police drew a cordon round a big area. and. with the assistance of the. residents, searched the bracken and woodland for IS hours. t Hall’s body was discovered quite ac- ■ cidentally when Hie police re-visited his cottage, which is close to Hie scene of the shooting. | The inquest on the murdered farmer land his daughter and on Hall was [opened at Llangollen three hours after I the discovery of Hall’s body. ! Only evidence of identification was given, and the inquest, was adjourned. Hall’s body was identified by
