All that area lying to the south-east of the centre line of Newcastle Street, The Borough will provide the vehicles and men which may be rerequired to remove all rubbish, of any description other than trades wastes, which may be placed by occupiers or owners of property, on the kerb of the footpath, or outside the gate of any street where no such kerb exists.
