The Civil Service Harrier Club (Dunedin) won both Southland senior and junior cross-country championships to-day. This is the fourth time in succession that Civil Service has won-the senior championship, and the fourth occasion on which A. R. Geddes (Civil Service) has been the individual champion. ST. JOHN’S . CLUB. The St. John’s Harrier Club held a run on Saturday, in ideal conditions, from St. John’s schoolroom over the hills behind Alexander Street to Winnie Street, through the newly-formed streets to Marsden Road, round Marlborough Street, and Cottle’s .Hill, coming out behind Rugby Park, and thence back to the schoolroom, via High Street, a distance of approxi(mately four and a-half miles. The run-in resulted: —J . Daniel 1, W. Waugh 2, K. Fehsenfeld 3.
