General situation: An anti-cyclone is centred to tlie north-west, while a series of westerly depressions is passing in the south. Forecast: Light to moderate and rather variable winds at first, with southerly to westerlv predominating, end later freshening. Weather fair at first, but later becoming unsettled, emperatures cool. Seas moderate to rather rough at times.
