Kakapo, Wellington, early. SHIPPING NOTES. Waimea arrived early this morning, with cement from Tarakohe, and is io sail at 4 o’clock this afternoon, with coal for return. Kakapo arrived early this morning, with cargo from Wellington. She is loading foi' return, and is expected to sail about Tuesday. She is to return on Monday, January 30, to again load for Wellington. Rata is due this evening, from Wanganui, via Westport, to complete loading for Picton and Wanganui. She will sail on Monday. Kaimai is to leave Westport on Monday evening, and will complete loading at Greymouth on. Tuesday, for Gisborne.

Karn has been delayed at Wellington, and is now due about Wednesday, to load timber for Miramar and Wellington. Kalingo is due on Wednesday, from Picton, to load timber for Sydney and Newcastle. U.S.S. Co vessel is due about January 30, to load for Auckland and Portland. AT OTHER PORTS. WELLINGTON, January 21. Arrived. 12.30 a.m., Gael, from Hokitika. SYDNEY, January 20.
