The former glories of Bath are to bo revived this Summer in a great international festival of music, drama, and allied arts, under the general direction of Mr C. B. Cochran, lhe festival will open on July 17 and will close on September 12.

HEALTH SERVICES.

RUGBY, January 19.

The excellent results of the recent campaign for the wider use of health services were commented on by Mr W. E. Elliot (Minister for Health) at the conference of the Central Council for Health Education. Mr Elliot announced that the exhibit, “Towards Fitter Britain,” which was shown at the Glasgow Exhibition, would be placed at the council's disposal for its educational work.
