The "Telegraph’s” Djibouti correspondent says that the Italians aie tightening the boycott on Djibouti harbour and the French railway to Addis Ababa, and have stopped the weekly airline, also the steamer service between Asmara and French Somaliland. Native Abyssinian troops have occupied the wells on the French frontier.
