The Council extended assistance to the League’s organisation to Sudetenland- refugees. Mr. Butler told the Council, during consideration of the report on toe Mandates Commission, that if the London conference failed to produce an ArabJew agreement, Britain herself would propose a. plan for the future of Pales-

tine. He added that ho hoped one or othe of the plans would be ready for sub mission to the Council in M'ay.

It was agreed that a, special meeting of the Mandates Commission reconsider the situation in Palestine before May.
