COAST BRANCH MEETING At the annual meeting of the West Coast Branch of the Public Service Association, held at Greymouth. Mr. .J C. E. McCluskey (Hokitika) presided over a representative attendance of delegates. It was decided to transfer the headQuarters of the Branch from Hokitika to Greymouth. The election of officers resulted: — Chairman: Mr. C. E. Butcher (Customs). Vice Chairman: Mr. A. C. Todd (Audit). Secretary-Treasurer: Mr. C. H. Plimmer (Public. Trust). Committee: Messrs. T. R. Hatchard /Mines). A. .1. Quill (Public Trust), B. J. Kilpatrick (Public Works). Auditor: J. J. Thompson (Government Life) (reelected). Messrs. J. Byrne and C. F. Shapcott were appointed representatives for the Westport sub-sections. . Votes of thanks were passed to the retiring chairman, and to Messrs. AV. E. Erown. and C. H. Hoskin, who were transferred from the district during the year.
