Berlin; correspondent says ihat diplomatic circles were surprised to learn that the chief Protocol of the German Foreign Office. Von Buelow Schwante, had resigned, after a heated interview with Ribbentrop. Other members of the Department are expected to resign in sympathy. Schwante holds high rank in the Nazi Storm Troops. ITALIAN KING’S VISIT. LONDON, May 19.
The Rome correspondent of the British United Press says it is authoritatively stated, that King Victor Emmanuel has accepted Herr Hitler’s invitation to visit Rome in July.
