With a course record of 69 in a brilliant last round, Jim Ferrier won the Queensland open golf championship with an aggregate of 284 for four rounds. He finished four under fours. The Queensland player, V. Walker, was runner-up with 299. The titleholder. N. von Nida, was third with ;;oi.
