Thomson a renewable lease at a capital value of £250. Application for Timber License. Area of 50 acres in Block XV, Mokiliinui S.D., applicant, Hydro Coal Co.Resolved to (1) rescind resolution of 12/8/1937 granting Messrs. Moynihan and party a timber cutting license and (2) grant the Hydro Coal Company a timber cutting license for twelve months from 9/12/37 at the usual royalty rates. O’Rourke.—Resolved to include in Occupation License No. 143 two and a half acres of land lying between the road and river in Block 11, Tutaki Survey District. 14 acres approximately, being western half of Brown Creek fronting Sections 2/5, Block IX, Inangahua S.D., annual rent £l, Henry Betts. —Resolved to include area opposite Sections 2/5, Block IX, Inangahua Survey District in O.L. 899 and to increase rent to £l/5/-. Cancellation: Sections 14 and 16, Block VIII, Mawheraiti S.D., area 301 acres, annual rental £2, H. J. Chandler. —Resolved to cancel OL 1090 as at 28/12/1J)36. Expenditure of Fifths, etc: The Conservator of Forests, Nelson, forwarded proposals by local bodies as under for the expenditure of fifths of revenue from State Forests: Inangahua County Council, period ending 30/9/37, £67/0/4. —Approved.
