TO KILL M. DELBOS
TERRORIST PLOT REVEALED
SEVERAL ARRESTS MADE

Lille police arrested a Hungarian, and seized cipher letters, allegedly revealing a terrorist plot -to assassinate M. Delbos on his Central European tour.
Several other arrests were made, one of which was at Prague, which is in M. Delbos’s itinerary, and more warrants are out.
Further documents were seized as the result of searches in Northern France and Belgium.
CAGOULARD CONSPIRACY.
(Recd. December 11, 11 a.m.) PARIS, December 11.
The police arrested, in connection with the Cagoulard plot, Francois Metenier, industrialist, of Clermont Ferrand', the alleged collaborator of Deloncle. Charles Tenaille and his brother Andre were arrested on December 4. Charles is allegedly involved in arming the Tsar groups. Both were charged with asociating with criminals.
