PLAN FOR U.S.A. DICTATORSHIP

£206,000,600 FUND. TVASHINGTON, May 12. There is talk here of a man who is reputed to have a fund of £200,600,000 to back the establishment of a dictatorship in the United States. A number of Congressmen who are opposed to President Roosevelt’s scheme for reforming the Supreme Court—on the ground that it would virtually give him dictatorial powers --suggest that Prof. Dodd. United States Ambassador in Berlin, should' be recalled and asked if he knows anything about the plans for a dictatorship. These Congressmen' include Senators van NuyS, William King, Nye. and Edward It. Burke. It is understood that the suggestion arises from a letter sent to Sen. Robert ,1. Bulkley, Democrat, of Ohio. —B.U.P.
