RUSSIAN DISSENSIONS

MORE LEADERS INVOLVED ** • ARMY COMMAND CHANGES ,AY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] (Received June 11, 8 a.m.) LONDON, Juno 10. Messages fiom Moscow, from Riga, and elsewhere, reveal mystification as to what is happening in Russia, but all agree that momentous changes are afoot. The “Daily Mail’s" Warsaw correspondent says: Tukachevesky lias mysteriously disappeared. Moscow authorities fear an army revolt. The “Morning Post’s” Moscow correspondent says: The Stalin group is out to make, the army sound Communists and remove the treasonable influences.

The “Morning Post’s” diplomatic correspondent quotes: a prediction that the Soviet regime will become a military dictatorship, because Stalin’s increasing isolation requires the whole-hearted support of the army, which is only theoretically Communistic, hence the present weeding out of political elements. The Moscow correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” reports an apparent move towards the creation of a new Military Council. The Commissar for Defence (M. K. E. Voroshilov) has superseded famous generals commanding the western front, namely, General I. P. Üborevich, of Minsk, General I. E. Yakir, of Leningrad, and General M. N. Tukhashevsky, a former Commissar for Defence. The Cossack leader, Marshal S. M. Budenny, will take over the Moscow command. ■
