The Federal Executve of the Australian Labour Party, at a meeting in Sydney, dealt with 21 appeals from expelled political and industrial leaders. The executive decided to-day to remove the expulsion imposed on Mr .1. S. Garden, M.P. It censured him. however, for statements, involving Mr J. T. Lang and the State Executive, about, lhe time of the controversy over the control of the Labour Party’s broadcasting station. LATER. Fourteen other expelled members, including members of Parliament. Messrs Heffron, Davidson, and Horsington, were re-admitted to the party.
