The Duke of Windsor, accompanied by Sir Walter Monckton (Attorney-General for the Duchy of Cornwall), inspected two estates which he is reported to be considering buying, near Enzesfeld Castle. It is reported that Sir Walter Monckton brought a number of documents requiring the Duke’s signature, relating to the Duchy of Cornwall estates, and also to the Duke’s interest in other British properties. The Duke of Windsor has just given instructions that a private aerodrome be laid out at Enzesfeld. It is assumed he is not leaving, there in the neai’ future.

The “Telegraph’s” Munich correspondent says: While the Duchess stays with her sister, the Duke of Kent is likely to accompany the Duke of Windsor on a ski-ing trip in the Austrian Tyrol.
