Tatarascu) .declared in a loudly-applauded Parliamentay _speech that the ' Government yvould not tolerate Nazi or Fascist' interference in Rumanian domestic affairs... ~ ' ’ The speech followed the participation of .the German, Italian, Polish, Jar panese, Portuguese and Spanish Republican Ministers in the funeral on February 11 of two iron guards who were killed fighting for General Fran co in Spain. This was regarded :is a breach of diplomatic etiquette. The funeral developed into a political dt monstration through an anti-demo-c‘title display by ring wing elements.
