In the Warden’s Court, Greymouth, to-day, Mr. Raymond Ferner, S.M., dealt with applications as follow: — Bertram Fiddes and Ben Meikle, two ordinary prospecting licenses, each of 97 acres, Blocks 10 and 11, Waiwhero SJ).—Recommended for Minister’s consent. Stratford Blah’ and Co., Ltd., certificate of protection, six months, waterrace No. 6075.—Granted. Ogilvie and Co., Ltd., tramway, 80 chains, Block 4, Waimea S.D., five years.—Granted. Barrytown Gold Dredging Co. Ltd., water-race. 80 chains, partly pipe and partly race 3ft by 2ft, carrying 20 heads for mining purposes, 42 years. Granted. NZ Mining Investments Ltd., iemission of rent, £65/7/- due up to date of forfeiture of special dredging claim No. 113/35.—Recommended. Maud Josephine Rourke, special seabeach claim, li acres at Barrytown, Block 2, Te Miko S.D., 21 years. Recommended. Patrick Laffey, four ordinary piospecting licenses, 83 acres, 100 acres, 100 acres, and 77 acres, Block 10, Arnold S.D. —Granted.
