Mr. G. E. Perkins returned yesterday, from Christchurch.

Dr. W. McKay returned yesterday, from Christchurch.

Mr. and Mrs. T. Carpenter left this morning, on return to Feilding.

Miss C. Connan left to-day, on return to Christchurch.

Mr. D. Phillips left, this morning, on return to Wellington.

Very Rev. Father J. Long left this morning, on a bridf visit to Wellington.

Mrs. A. G. Marshall left this morning, on a holiday visit to Gisborne and Wanganui.

Miss T. Cox left to-day, on a holiday visit to Christchurch and Ashburton.

Mrs. T. Ryan and Miss P. Ryan, Westport, left to-day, on a visit to Christchurch.

Mrs A. Long, of Albert Street, Greymouth, will return to-day from Oamaru, where she has. been visiting her daughter, Mrs A. Youhg.

Miss E. J. McMaster, who has been visiting Greymouth, left this morning on return to Invercargill. She was accompanied by Mrs W. Sundbye.

Guests at Revington’s include: — Messrs Derbyshire, N. B. Tingey, T. Thompson, B. Fellowes, J. Crust, W. E. Selby (Christchurch), Parker (Wellington), W. J. Martin (Nelson).

The condition of Mr. S. W. S. Strong, who underwent a serious operation at Oranui Private Hospital, Greymouth, on Sunday, was to-day, reported to be unchanged.

A Toronto cablegram stated that Dr. Dafoe (Dionne quints.) is a patient at the general hospital, suffering from influenza. He was taken ill last Nveek.

The wedding of Miss L. Tabb and Mr. Eric Good will take place at Holy Trinity Church, Greymouth, this evening. Visitors for the wedding im chide, Mr. and Mrs. A. Good, Mr. and Mrs. F. May, Mr. and Mrs. J. Vial, Mrs. J. Arnott (Christchurch), Miss M. O’Brien (Auckland), and Mrs. J. Hutton (Dunedin). In honour of his marrjagc, Mr. Good was met yesterday by the staff of Kennedy’s Garage, Ltd., and .presented -with a set of crystal ware. The presentation was made by Mr. F. Myers, who, with other members of the staff, extended best wishes ■to Mr. Good and his future wife.
