RE-ARRANGEMENT OF INTERESTS

“Owing to the great expansion of their newspaper publishing interests.” Lords Uaniro.se. Kemsley and lliffe have made the following re-arrange-ment s.
Lord Camrose has acquired Lord Kcmsley’s interest in the "Daily Telegraph,” and the major portion of Lord Iliffe’s holding, but Lord lliffe continues as a director. Lord Camrose has sold to Lord Kemsley his holdings in Allied Publications, from the Board of which he has resigned. Lord Kemsley replaces him as chairman. Lord lliffe is deputy chairman.
Lord lliffe has acquired the controlling interests in Kelly's Directories, and succeeds Lord Camrose as chairman.
Lords Kemsley and Iliffe resign from the Boards of the Amalgamated Press and Financial Times. Lord Camrose has acquired their holdings.
