TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS. TUESDAY, DECEMBER 22. GREYMOUTH—CHRISTCHURCH: Passenger train for Christchurch leaves Greymouth at 10.35 p.m. and arrives Christchurch 5.20 a.m. (23rd). After leaving Brunner stops where required to pick up and set down. After leaving Arthur’s Pass stops where required to set down. WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 23. GREYMOUTH—OTIRA: Usual 1.54 p.m. Otira —Greymouth train will NOT run. Train will leave Otira for Greymouth at 2.35 p.m., Moana 4.10, Stillwater 5.4, Greymouth arrive 5.41 p.m. Usual 4.38 p.m. Greymouth—Otira train will leave Greymouth at 4.30 p.m., Stillwater 5.10, Moana 6.12, Otira arrive 8.6 p.m. GREYMOUTH—CHRISTCHURCH: Passenger train for Christchurch leaves Greymouth at 10.35 p.m. and arrives Christchurch 5.20 a.m. (24th). After leaving Brunner, stops where required to pick up and set down. After leaving Arthur's Pass stops where required to set down. GREYMOUTH—HOKITIKA: Usual 4.45 p.m. Greymouth—Hokitika train will leave Greymouth at 4.45 p.m., Kumara 5.26, Hokitika arrive 6.4 p.m. Usual 4.35 p.m Hokitika —Greymouth train will leave Hokitika at 4.35 p.m., Kumara 5.25, Greymouth arrive 6.9 p.m. THURSDAY, DECEMBER 24. Trains for Hokitika will leave Ross at 7.10 a.m. and 4.0 p.m. Trains for Ross will leave Hokitika at 11.30 a.m. and 10.30 p.m. Special trains for Hokitika will leave Greymouth at 12.50 p.m. and 10.5 p.m., Kumara 1.40 p.m. and 10.44 p.m,, Hokitika arrive 2.23 p.m. and 11.20 p.m. Special trains for Greymouth will leave Hokitika at 12.48 p.m., 5.25 p.m. and 10.0 p.m., Kumara 1.41 p.m., 6.18 p.m. and 10.43 p.m., Greymouth arrive 2.24 p.m., 7.0 p.m. and 11.16 p.m. GREYMOUTH—CHRISTCHURCH: Train for Christchurch leaves Greymouth 10.35 p.m., Christchurch arrive 5.15 a.m. (25th). Stops where required Brunner to Arthur’s Pass inclusive, to pick up and set down. After leaving Arthur’s Pass stops where required to set down. Train for Greymouth leaves Christchurch 10.15 p.m., Greymouth arrive 4.21 a.m. (25th). West of Arthur’s Pass steps where required to set down. Connects at Greymouth with 4.30 a.m. special train for Hokitika.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 25 (CHRISTMAS DAY). All train services west of Arthur’s Pass will be SUSPENDED, -with the following exceptions: — GREYMOUTH—CHRISTCHURCH: 9.30 a.m. Christchurch —Greymouth Relief Mail train WILL run. 10.0 a.m. Christchurch —Greymouth Mail train WILL run, and in addition to usual stops will, after leaving Otira, stop where required to set down passengers. Tho 10.18 a.m. Greymouth—Christchurch Mail train WILL run. Motor-car train will leave Springfield for Otira at 9.0 a.m. and Otira for Springfield at 10.48 a.m. • Passenger train will leave Greymouth for Christchurch at 5.0 p.m., and arrive Christchurch 11.37 p.m. Stops where required Brunner to Arthur’s Pass inclusive, to pick up and set down; After leaving Arthur’s Pass stops where required to set down. HOKITIKA LINE: Passenger train leaves Greymouth 4.30 a.m., Hokitika arrive 5.30 a.m. 8.30 a.m. Hokitika —Greymouth train WILL run. Passenger train leaves Greymouth 4.45 p.m. and arrives Hokitika 6.4 p.m. REEFTON LINE: 8.40 a.m. Reefton —Greymouth and 3.40 p.m. Greymouth —Reefton trains WILL run.
