WEATHER FORECAST
General inference: Though pressure is very uniform over the Dominion, a slight depression is located over the Cook Strait area. An extensive cyclonic depression is centred off the New South Wales coast, and conditions are becoming disturbed in the northern Tasman Sea.
Forecast: Light to moderate and variable winds, with easterlies prevailing at first, but gradually turning to northerlies and freshening. Weather fair to fine. Seas slight to moderate;
