The newspaper “Al Ahram” pubforecast of what are alleged to be the;.terms of a new AngloEgyptian Treaty. Under these terms, it says,-, the British garrison will be withdrawn from the capital of Egypt and will be replaced by some form of aerial control. <■' The forecast says: The British Admiralty are a more cautious attitude regarding Alexandria,'but: a possible "solution may be reached by an agreement for the affording of facilities for a British naval base, for which Britain would make adequate payment. The newspaper adds: Britain also is apparently prepared to meet the Egyptian views regarding the Sudan, including the return z of the Egyptian Army to certain specified garrisons, but not to Khartoum.
