WEATHER FORECAST. General inference: Though pressure is fairly high over New Zealand, a slight depression is located just west of the North Island, and a more intense one is advancing across the South Tasman. Forecast: Light to moderate but freshening northerly winds. Weather fair lit first, but clouding over ttud later some rain developing. Seas moderate, but increasing somewhat.
