To awake in the morning and to find his set of teeth missing from its customary place beside his bed was tho experience of a Mataura resident recently (states the Southland Times). The subsequent catching of a rat led to the suspicion that it had been the thief. This proved correct, for on an investigation being made the missing dental set was found near the hole through which the rodent had come.
