EX-SOLDIER LOSES SIGHT. [BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS] . RUGBY, February 10. A man who has just lost his sight, as the result of being gassed at the Battle of Arras, 1917, was admitted to St. Dunstan’s Home for blinded, soldiers, over the week end. This is the fifteenth case admitted during the last two years of “delayed action” in blindness, due to mustard gas.
