SHIPPING NOTES. Karepo sailed this afternoon for Miramar and Wellington. Gabriella arrived on Sunday afternoon and sails Thursday morning for Sydnev and Brisbane. Waipahi arrived on Sunday night. She sails to-morrow afternoon for Auckland. Kaimiro leaves Melbourne to-morrow for Edithburg, thence Adelaide, and returns to Melbourne, loading Greymouth cargo at these ports. Kaimai is due next Monday, December 23, to load for Wellington. Omana is due off December 27 to load timber for Sydney and Melbourne, via Westport. Te Aroha, having completed her discharge, is held up owing to the unnavigable state of the Hokitika bar. Inaha sails this afternoon for New Plymouth. Foxton, who arrived this morning from Wellington, is not working today, on account of a shortage of labour. Rata is due on Wednesday from Wellington, via Westport, and loads here for Tarakohe and Wanganui. Gael leaves Wellington to-morrow, and is due on Thursday. Taupata is scheduled to sail for Petone at 9 p.m. OTHER PORTS. NELSON, December 16. Arrived 10.30 p.m., 15th., Alexander from Greymouth. NAPIER, December 14.
