WEATHER FORECAST. General inference:- Th© recent anticyclone is moving off New Zealand, and an intense and extensive depression is approaching from the Tasman Sea. Forecast: Moderate to strong north to north-west? winds, rising to gale force at places. Weather cloudy and unsettled, with rain, and later heavy falls with rivers rising. Mild temperatures, seas rough.
