MR BALDWIN’S HOLIDAY. (rKITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.] RUGBY, August 2. To-day the Commons adjourned until October 29. Mr Baldwin has a speaking engagement in the country at the week-end, after which he hopes to leave for a holiday at Aix-Les-Bains. It lias been arranged that during his absence abroad, Mr Ramsay Macdonald will be Acting-Prime Minister.
