Unable to induce Premier Tsaldaris to force the Republican Ministers to resign, or depart from neutrality, in the forthcoming restoration of the Monarchy plebiscite, the Monarchist Deputy-Premier Kondylis, has resigned. M. Tsaldaris is forming a new Ministry.
