Each motif is shown in various full colour designs complete with transfers. These booklets are obtainable for 2d. each from the needlework counter of any leading store throughout New Zealand. Even if you decide to design your motif yourself, Clark's Personal Embroidery Booklets will help you tremendously. Choose your motif, and embroider it in any colour scheme on any material. (4) Each entry must be worked on a small square of material and have a linen luggage tag sewn firmly to one corner and on this tag PRINT IN INK, (a) your name and S address, (b) state "Adult" or "Schoolgirl,” (c) if schoolgirl give age, name of school, v echool class, (d) all entrants must state colour numbers of Stranded Cottons used. On '‘Anchor’ Stranded Embroidery Cotton the colour numbers will be found on the - paper band around each skein. (5) State on tag whether motif entered is original or from Clark’s Embroidery Motif Booklets. (0 Judges decision final. No correspondence will be entered into. ' (7) Prize Winning Entries to be retained by Central Agency Ltd., for three months for exhibition purposes. Prize money will be paid out as soon as actual judging ts completed.
