[PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] HOUSE ON FIRE. CHRISTCHURCH. July 12. A seven-roomed dwelling, on Long Bay Road, Takamalua, owned by the Bayley estate, and occupied by W. O’Connor and family, was coinpletelv destroyed by tire about noon. Nothing was saved. There was a small insurance on the furniture, but a large supply of winter stores was not insured.
