SHIPPING NOTES. The Kartigi sailed on Saturday, for Wellington, Auckland and New Plymouth. • l

The Alexander, which arrived on Saturday night, is to sail to-morrow afternoon, with coal for Nelson, and timber for Petone.

The Rata is due on Wednesday, from New Plymouth, to load coal for Picton.

The Titoki leaves Wellington on Thursday, for Westport and Greymouth, with general cargo. After discharge, she will load coal for Tarakohe and Nelson. ' ; The Omana is due to-morrow morning, from Westport, to load timber for Melbourne. The Gabriella will leave Dunedin next Wednesday with Greymouth cargo, and is due on June 4 to load coal and timbei* for Miramar and Wellington. The Kalingo is due on June 4 to load timber for Sydney. The Kanna is due to-morrow, from; Westport, to load coal and timber for Wellington, Napier and New Plymouth. The Waipahi is due on June 4 from Auckland, to load coal for New Plymouth and Auckland.
