[OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.] REEFTON, May 2. The fortnightly sitting of the Warden’s Court was held to-day. Mr H. Morgan presided. The following applications were heard: — Chas. Pfahlert and Geo. Pfahlert, for special alluvial claim —Granted, subject to forestry conditions. David White for water race license. —Recommended for Minister’s consent for two years. John Doolan, ordinary prospecting license. —Granted subject to forestry conditions. T. H. Lee, for an ordinary prospecting license. —Granted subject to forestry conditions. G. J. Willis for ordinary prospecting license. —Granted subject to forestry conditions. Jas. Steel for four ordinary prospecting licenses. —All granted. G. Bourke and J. Coglan for three ordinary prospecting licenses. —One granted, and two recommended to Minister, for withdrawal of Unemployment Board reserve. T. H. Lee for tunnel license. —Recommended for consent of Conservator of State Forests. G. Barron and J. Coglan for three ordinary prospecting licenses.— All granted, subject to forestry conditions. G. Barron and J. Coglan for water race license. —Recommended for Minister’s consent. J. W. Patterson for ordinary prospecting license. Granted. David Wright, for two ordinary prospecting licenses. —Recommended. Mayfair Department Stores Ltd., for leave to register deed of assignment after prescribed period has elapsed.—Leave granted, subject to payment of fine of sum of one shilling. N.Z. Mining Options Ltd. for ordinary prospecting license. —Granted. C. M. Morris for extension of time for hearing of application.—Recommended. T. L. Blom for ordinary prospect ihg license.—Recommended to Minister, forestry conditions to apply.
