DRUNKEN ACTOR

MISUSE OF REVOLVER

[BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.]

HOLLYWOOD, March 30

Leo Tracy, the cinema actor, whose escapades got him into trouble in Mexico and elsewhere, apparently decided to turn his apartment into a shooting gallery early to-day. A series of revolver shots were heard in his room, and neighbours called the police who found that five shots had been discharged, two of which had crashed through the floor into an apartment above. # Tracy pleaded guilty to drunkenness and was fined one hundred dollars. He was not charged with the illegal use of firearms, but he commented: “Oh, 1 didn’t think that tlie bullets would go through the floor.”
