LONDON, March 29.

The “Daily Express” says that the Queen has ordered an Empire dress for the Jubilee State Ball at Buckingham. Palace. It will be a shimmering dress of silver and gold, with a long train, embroidered with symbols of the Empire. The Queen, instead of being followed into the Throne Room by ladies-in-waitiixg, will have a retinue of over twenty Indian princesses, wearing specially embroidered saris.
