MOANA NOTES
[OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.] ’ t A meeting of the Motina Aquatic Sports Club was held at Moana on Wednesday evening. Those present were Messrs .1. Hines (president), C. Kennedy, J. Klempel. I’’. Klempel, J. Hahn, H. Taylor. A. Dreekman, L. Williams, S. Kennedy, \V. Craig, E. L. McKeon. Mr G. E. Perkins, of Greyniouth, and Messrs Fitzgerald and F. De Lore, of Te Kitiga, were also present. After a lengthy discussion, in which Mr Perkins gave some advice, the Moana Aquatic Club decided not to hold a regatta on Easter Saturday. The regatta will now be held on Easter Sunday and Monday. Messrs Do Lore, Kennedy ami 1 lines spoke in high terms of Mr Perkins's assistance. The following have beep selected to represent, the Moana Tennis Club in their match against St. Columba Club at Moana on Sunday:—Mrs Doniston, Mis Kinraid. Miss Tizard, Miss Smith. Mrs Williams. Miss llcrnby; Mesrs M. Soul horn, S. Kininid. If. Taylor. W. Williams, N. Nord. A. Johnston.
