VICTORIA PARK EVENTS. The final evening meeting for this season was conducted by the Grejmouth Sports and Cycling Club at Victoria Park yesterday. Racing was keen and the presence of a. number of Kumara riders, add£d interest. J. Keating, of Kumara, won the halfmile, from a field of fifteen in the fast time of Imin 3 l-ssec. P. Huffy. off scratch, carried off the three miles event, and D. Johnston won the junior half-mil®. The points cups for the season have been won by J. Daniel (senior) and D. Johnston (junior). Daniel Avon the cup last season, but this is the first year in which the junior cup has begn competed for. Last evening’s results were: — Half-mile Senior.—J. Keating 95yds I, D. Morland 60, 2; A.
