NELSON LAND BOARD. A meeting of the Nelson Land Board was held on Thuisday. Present: Messrs A. F. Waters, Commissioner of Crown Lands (Chairman), and A. FL. Edwards, J. O’Regan, W. Blackadder and F. W. Gibbs. Applications for Land: —Section 4, Block 11, Matukituki Survey District, area 795 acres, applicant, R. R. Wills. —Application declined, resolved not to open for selection meantime. Sections 3 and 4, Blocks VIII and VII. Manila S.D., area 1026 a 2r .38p., applicants, R. j: and K. Westbrook.—Application approved. Section 17, Block XIV, Takaku Survey District, area 222 acres, applicant D. Leeguard.—Application declined.
