The vendor company, Mount Lawson Prospecting and Options Syndicate N.L., received 200,000 shares, 187,500 shares were reserved for application by shareholders' of the vendor company and 412,500 shares were offered for public subscription. The vendor company also receives £8625 in cash, being the amount expended by the syndicate in testing the areas. To complete tho purchase of the lease over which options have been • obtained, payment of £26.200 more is necessary. The company proposes to sluice areas comprising 17,000,000 cubic yards of wash.
