UNACCEPTABLE TO PRINCES.

(Recd, February 26, 1.30 p.m.) BOMBAY, February 25. A conference of Princes decided that, the Reform Bill is unacceptable, without satisfactory modification.
BRITISH FORCES
NEW DELHI, February 25.
The Council of State, by 26 to 15 votes, rejected a proposal to reduce the British forces in India, which was supported by several non-official members, in order to accelerate Indianisation and reduce expenditure.
